Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Form

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts for the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last item.

For contracts for the supply of data not contained on a physical medium, produced and supplied in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by email (support@nailaris.com). You may use the attached cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. Please refer to the return information in the "General Information on Returning Goods" section.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. This refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no charges will be made to you.

In the case of contracts for the supply of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of this fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns or cancellations of food supplements and cosmetic products are only possible if the products are unopened and sealed. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal has been removed after delivery or if the product has been opened. Therefore, products that have already been opened or unsealed cannot be returned and are not eligible for withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium including the above-mentioned conditions of early expiry of the right of withdrawal.

General Information on Returning Goods

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return them to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.

Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.

Please note that the above points are not preconditions for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
